The pet owner agrees to pay a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per pet, per month (payable with rent on the 1st of every month), for the right to keep a pet in their apartment / house. PET OWNER MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE BEFORE PET IS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. The pet owner further agrees:
The pet owner agrees to pay a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per pet, per month (payable with rent on the 1st of every month), for the right to keep a pet in their apartment / house. PET OWNER MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE BEFORE PET IS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.
Pet Agreement must be signed by all tenants prior to bringing the pet to the property. Pets include but are not limited to: dogs, cats, birds, etc. There is a one pet per bedroom limit. The $50 pet fee will be waived with the Emotional Support Animal Certification. Limit one per person with proof of certification or documentation.
Pet owner must keep property clean by picking up after the pet. Failure to pick up feces will result in a $5 charge per pile. Pet owner will keep the pet from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others & will immediately correct any complaints made by neighbors.
The pet owner is responsible for any direct damage caused by their pet which can include the need for specialized cleaning due to pest infestations. The pet owner agrees to indemnify, defend & hold Landlord harmless from all claims, losses, damages or lawsuits including attorney fees that result from or are caused by the actions of the pets.
The pet owner agrees that Landlord reserves the right to revoke permission to keep the pets in the premises if tenant defaults under this pet agreement.
